BHPC observes the Lord's Supper weekly. We invite all professing Christians whose membership is in good standing with an evangelical, Bible-believing congregation to join with us at the Lord's Table. If you desire to partake of the Supper, please contact one of the elders for a short interview. You may do this prior to Sunday through the church office or via email, or arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the morning worship service. If you have not been interviewed, we ask that you refrain from taking the Supper.

A Few Notes About Our Services
* If you are visiting with us today, please help us to get to know you by filling out one of the blue cards in the pew racks and placing it in the offering plate when the offering is collected.
* When the prelude begins, please curtail conversation and prepare your hearts for worship. Please make sure electronic devices are off or using silent mode.
* We love children in our worship services! For our parents, there is a Cry Room in the back of the sanctuary for calming children in order to return to the worship service. We also offer a Visitors' Nursery for children 3 and under. If you wish to utilize it, please speak with the greeter for directions.
* Hearing assistance devices are available at the taping table.
* If you should need assistance in any way, please speak with our greeter.

Announcements for May 3, 2009
*We will have a Fellowship Meal after this morning's worship service in the Fellowship Hall. If you are visiting with us today, please be our guest!
*We are taking up a special offering today for our church's Mercy Fund ministry. This fund is used to help members of the congregation in need, as well as mercy ministry to those outside the congregation. You may place your offering in the envelope in the pew racks and place it in the plate when the offering is taken up.
*Our prayer meeting for the advance of the Gospel is this Wednesday at 7:00 PM in the Chapel.
*The Women in the Church (WIC) have a covered dish meal this Thursday at 5:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall, followed by their study at 7:00 PM. Please join us as wer begin our study "A Woman of Wisdom," a study in Proverbs. See Marie Butler for more information, or Cindy Francey to purchase a book.
*Our Community Breakfast and Clothing Outreach will be this Saturday from 9 AM - Noon in the Fellowship Hall and Clothes Closet. If you would like to help in these ministries, see Dave Francey (breakfast) or Jeannette Rogers (clothing).
*Cindy Francey is Participating in the Pregnancy Resource Center's Walk for Life on Saturday, May 9th. If you would like to sponsor her by donating to the PRC, please see Cindy for the proper forms. Also, if you would like to participate yourself, Cinday has that information as well.
*Upcoming: Our May Family Night Supper on the 20th will have a program from Chris and Julie Koiner. The Koiners are Mission to the World missionaries to Monterrey, Mexico.

Confession of Sin (Unison)

God of the Covenant, repeatedly we have rejected Christ, have handed Him over to death. We have denied Him, betrayed Him. People deceive us away from You. You open our minds to understand the Scriptures, but then we snap our minds shut. You make us witnesses, but we close our eyes. We are guilty of lawlessness.
